Like a New Moms Group only for mothers of post-college aged adult children. Parenting doesn't end when children grow up, it evolves.
Navigating divorce with equanimity is possible. This group is designed to provide emotional support and practical guidance for individuals in all stages of uncoupling.
A virtual group for expecting and new mothers interested in building confidence and trust in your own
intuition and expertise.
Groups and workshops are offered virtually at different
times throughout the year and can be offered privately if
schedule does not align for you.
Please note that groups and classes are not psychotherapy
and cannot be reimbursed by health insurance companies.
