Families

I welcome families of all configurations and structures: families of origins, families of choice, blended families, polycules, adult siblings and every other subset. I have expertise in all stages of parenting from expecting to parenting adult children and all my work is deeply trauma informed. I draw from multiple models: Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Improv. I work well with clients with a variety of intersectionalities of genders, sexualities, ethnicities and cultures, abilities, and ages. While I do not provide individual therapy for children, families with children ages seven and up are more than welcome.
